BUNSO by Ditsi Carolino

Set in the inhuman world of a crowded Philippine jail, Bunso is a hauntingly intimate documentary that captures the struggles of 13-year old Tony, and Diosel and Bunso, both 11, who are among the 52,000 children who jostle cheek-to-jowl with adult criminals in prison. These three likeable young inmates were put behind bars for stealing food after being beaten and starved by their parents.
